Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the items are in brand-new condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
